The MVO chain organisation closely monitors scientific developments relating to the health effects of fats and fat-soluble vitamins. When there is good reason to single out or highlight (new) developments (for example, about the health effects of fatty acids or vitamin D), this is carried out through means of networks, media or meetings appropriate for this purpose. MVO maintains contacts with various universities, government authorities and research institutes in order to be involved in new developments and insights.
