The new EFISC-GTP Code has been accepted by the Dutch competent authorities NVWA

The new EFISC-GTP Code has been accepted by the NVWA as a quality system that could support the public supervision in the Netherlands.

The new EFISC-GTP Code version 4.0 of the European Feed & Food ingredient safety certification system has concluded its assessment procedure with the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product safety Authority (NVWA): the new EFISC-GTP system complies with the criteria of the Dutch ‘Taskforce Voedselvertrouwen’. This means that in the near future, EFISC-GTP may be considered by the NVWA as a quality system that could support the public supervision of feed and food operators. In accordance with this outcome, the status of EFISC-GTP on www.ketenborging.nl will be adjusted (‘accepted’) in a couple of weeks.
